Drew Clark
I was born and raised in Kingston with a passion for sports and fitness most of my life. Due to multiple knee injuries, I had to stop playing basketball, but I found my love for personal training through my knee surgeries. I got certified through NASM and have been training for over 6 years now. My training style is focused on functional training with the intent for my clients to gain confidence and strength to move their life with no pain and with the feeling of being strong. Due to having seven knee surgeries, I have gained a lot of knowledge of rehabbing injuries, especially knees, and enjoy helping people get out of pain or continuing their physical therapy. Whether my clients goals are to lose weight, build muscle, feel better, or get out of pain, I focus their sessions around their goals, fitness capabilities, and making working out fun!
Darcy Monette
I have been training clients as a NASM CPT as well as a IIN Certified Health and Wellness Coach. As a trainer, I love helping people of all ages and fitness levels move better and with more confidence and strength so you can do all the things you love without fear or pain. I focus on functional movement training and building on the foundation you already have. As a Health Coach, I want to work with you to empower you to discover and clarify your health goals. We will create steps to achieve them to decrease stress, feel better and live a stronger, happier and healthier life right now. I look forward to working with you!
Alex Crotteau
My journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to athletics and service. From my early days training to improve my swimming speed in junior high, which eventually led to winning state in high school, to my collegiate years balancing swimming and football, I've always strived to push myself to new heights. Serving in the 101st Airborne Division instilled in me values of courage and dedication, but a back injury ultimately led to my medical separation from the Army. Despite this setback, my passion for fitness remains strong. Now, as I focus my energy on training to compete as a classic physique bodybuilder, I aim to inspire others on their own paths of strength and transformation. Whether your goal is to gain lean muscle or lose weight, if you entrust me with your fitness journey, I'll work tirelessly to help you achieve it.
